本人願意參與並協助香港理工大學設計學院團隊進行 谷埔口述歷史、插畫圖像紀錄計劃：《重聚谷埔：今昔、再延續》研究，有關內容、照片、錄音及錄像將用作研究用途。

I agreed to Participated in and assisted the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design team in the Research project of "Oral History Documentary, Illustration and Design for Kuk Po: “Re-connect Kuk Po: The Past, Present and Future Sustainability”. The relevant content, photos, audio and video recordings will be used for Research purposes.
